Spotless room, all in all had such great stay.
Came in Waco to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was best base for doing it. The staff were exceptionally nice and provided help. It was in a great and perfect location in a very sketchy part of town. We truly enjoyed being here.

Can recommend this place and would love to come back. The room was neat and well-maintained, it had a wing chair and a big table. The staff was very helpful and attentive, I stayed for 1 night. I really enjoyed that the hotel was 21 minutes drive from the airport.

We liked staying 4 nights here. The hotel was nice little and truly exceptional, had huge rooms. The location in a fairly nice area was absolutely perfect. Easy access to Waco Regional airport, which was about 21 minutes' drive away. We got a room with a bath.

Liked it during our such wonderful stay. Have spent here 1 night and our queen room was huge. The location was comfy, the staff were very very helpful. And it was at a medium distance from Shaking Seafood & Wings, ate there couple of times.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs well, totally recommend it. The room was spotless, we truly enjoyed a fairly clean bathroom in it. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Silos and restaurants and center of Waco and downtown and the Silos.
